Article 1 - Organizer
The competition is organized by the company SAS Guillaumette, whose head office is located at 13 le Diamant, 05260 Saint-Jean-Saint-Nicolas (Siret: 52296641500039).
Article 2 - Rules of the game
a) Name and dates of the competition
This competition entitled “Christmas Competition” is organized between November 1, 2024 at 00:01 and December 24, 2024 at 23:59.
b) Mode of participation
Game with obligation to purchase on the website www.guillaumette.com.
Any adult residing in France or Belgium who places an order on the website www.guillaumette.com between 1 November 2024 at 00:01 and 24 December 2024 at 23:59 is automatically entered into the draw. Each order placed during the competition period represents an additional chance to win. However, in the event of a draw, only the amount of the order designated as the winner will be refunded, with no possibility of combining the amount of several orders to create a single prize.
c) Lot put into play
The person drawn will win the amount of their order. They can choose either to be reimbursed by bank transfer or to obtain a voucher equal to the amount of their order to use on the website www.guillaumette.com . The voucher will be valid for a period of 12 months from its date of issue and cannot be split, exchanged for cash or refunded.
d) Drawing of lots
The draw will be carried out by dedicated software and supervised by the organizer, randomly among all orders placed on the website www.guillaumette.com on December 25, 2024. The name of the winner will be announced, subject to the winner's response, on December 26, 2024 on the organizer's social networks. The winner will be contacted directly by telephone or email and must confirm acceptance of the prize before December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
e) Withdrawal or non-response by the winner
In the event of withdrawal or failure to respond by the winner within the aforementioned deadline, a new draw will be held under the same conditions as previously. The new winner will be contacted in the same manner and must also confirm acceptance of the prize before January 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
If no winner emerges after three successive draws, the prize will remain the property of SAS Guillaumette.
Article 3 - Personal data
The information collected as part of this competition is necessary for managing player participation and awarding prizes. It is intended for the organizer, SAS Guillaumette, and will not be used for commercial purposes without the participants' consent. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their data, which they can exercise by writing to the following address: contact@guillaumette.com.
Article 4 - Limitation of liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control (internet outage, disruption of postal services, etc.) that prevent the smooth running of the competition. Participation in the competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by participants, making it impossible to notify them in the event of a win.
Article 5 - Conditions for cancellation or modification of the game
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or postpone the competition at any time if circumstances so require, particularly in the event of force majeure or fraud. Any changes to the conditions of participation will be notified on the website www.guillaumette.com .
Article 6 - Disputes
These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to this competition must be addressed in writing to the organizer within 30 days of the competition end date. In the event of persistent disagreement, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Gap.
Article 7 - Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, without reservation or condition on the part of the participants.
Article 8 - Filing and consultation of the regulations
These rules can be consulted free of charge on the website www.guillaumette.com for the entire duration of the competition.
